Who we are

This website, setalabs.xyz, is operated by SETA מערכות ("Seta Labs AI", "we", "us"), based in Israel. This policy describes what the site collects and what we do with it. For any question about it, write to [email protected].

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company and your message. Nothing is collected until you press send.

Cloudflare, which serves the site, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for the purpose of serving and protecting the site.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no user accounts. We do not sell, rent or trade any data.

How we use it

We use what you send through the form for one thing: to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your message for anything else.

Service providers

Two third parties handle data on our behalf, each only as needed for its part of the site:

• Web3Forms delivers each contact form submission to us by email at [email protected].
• Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps the request logs described above.

Retention

We keep your enquiry until the conversation it started has ended, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Cloudflare keeps its request logs for the period set by its own retention policy.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

This site is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
